The day started with a glorious sunrise that was welcomed by a Laolawelle of the Watch Two. After a little song presented by the Watch Three (also called the “old mans watch“ because of the easy timespan it happens in) we started a little morning-stretch and realized pretty quickly that we did not do this for several days. Afterwards some of us were allowed to climb in the rig today, which was quite the highlight.
We learned some more things as well because the school component started and within certain timeslots you could see people studying e. g. for exams.
Moreover did we practice our woodworking skills while building a new bottle holder (also called the „Kaninchen-Käfig für Flaschen“).
The overall mood today was really calm and you could hear the laughter of people all day long.
Well, exept for Sophias. Because we learned that she laughs in absolute silence…which, well – ended in even more laughter. Furthermore we noticed that other members of our class are laughing in such a funny way, that we can identify them by the sound of it. For example Jonas laughes like a dolphin and Miriam get‘s called “Möwen-Miriam“ because we are certain that she talks to them when she laughes. And when Maya thinks that something is funny, which she does a lot, you always have to make sure that she really is laughing and not crying.
After a whole day of learning and laughing, watch two and friends, finished of with something we’ve done before and will do a lot more of: taking in the sails.
